All I Want For Christmas Is…

Does this sound like you?  When it comes to health, does your Xmas wish list sound something like this?

All I Want Is:  1.  To have less headaches this coming year!

                      2.  To loose fifteen lbs. and have more energy!

                      3.  Low back pain vanished!

                      4.  Get my children off their asthma/ allergy/ ADHD meds!

                      5.  Blood pressure finally under control naturally!

Understand:

To be truly well requires four things to be working optimally and ALL at the same time.

                       1.  Eating well = 80% naturally derived food and 20% man-made food in you diet

                       2.  Moving more = 25 minutes/day aerobically working out and 25 min/day doing some 

                            form of resistance exercise at least 4-5 times/week

                       3. Thinking well = 15 minutes/day reading something truly positive/inspiring to you

                       4. Functioning better = Getting your spine checked 1x/week and commiting 10 min/day

                           to spinal and/or postural exercises

Now That’s What Xmas Should Be All About!!!
