<p>For the past several years, physicians in America have been insisting that every child age 6 months to 18 years must get an annual flu shot. Making matters worse, health officials have now ramped up those recommendations, telling EVERY person over the age of 6 months get a flu shot, healthy or not, low risk or high. Everyone! Three hundred million of you, every year from the year you are born until the year you die.</p>
<p>But hold on a minute. There&#8217;s something fishy about this. Because human antibodies normally last a lifetime, remember? That&#8217;s why you don&#8217;t get the chicken pox over and over again; because the first time you got the chicken pox as a kid, your body created chicken pox antibodies and those antibodies last a lifetime. Your immune system provides you with lifetime immunity from chicken pox.</p>
<p>CDC officials believe that a year after someone gets the flu shot, antibody levels — an indicator of immunity — can fall by two-thirds or more. Some key studies indicate the resulting levels are not strong enough to be protective, said Nancy Cox, head of the CDC&#8217;s chief of the CDC&#8217;s flu division.¹ Vaccines must not help the body produce antibodies then, because if that was true, whoever had the influenza vaccine would have lifetime immunity to those specific strains. However, many times a person will get the actual condition after being vaccinated. This is one way we can see that they are ineffective overall and actually hurt the immune system.</p>
<p>According to the NVIC (National Vaccine Information Center), vaccines are immune suppressive, which means they suppress your immune system, which may not return to normal for weeks to months. They are also shown to have an effect on brain function, DNA/RNA, t-cell function, and the cardiovascular system being linked to chronic conditions such as autoimmune disorders, allergies, and cancer.²</p>
<p>One 2007 study published in the Annals of Medicine concluded that:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Abnormalities in arterial function and LDL oxidation may persist for at least 2 weeks after a slight inflammatory reaction induced by influenza vaccination. These could explain in part the earlier reported increase in cardiovascular risk during the first weeks after an acute inflammatory disorder.&#8221;³</p></blockquote>
<p>These vaccines are causing worse conditions that the flu typically ever is and are proving to be potentially deadly. Not that it is any fun, but the best way to protect yourself against the flu is to actually be exposed naturally to the flu virus, allowing your body to produce lifetime antibodies. By taking Vitamin D, burst training, eating according to the Maximized Living nutrition plans, avoiding toxins (which are heavily present in flu vaccines), and making sure your nervous system is functioning at it’s highest level, you are taking the proper steps to eliminate the chance of getting the flu and fighting it off the correct way – without exposing you or your family to dangerous toxins.</p>

<p>Most people in this country are told or believe that cholesterol is a bad thing. But when we break down what cholesterol is used for in the body it’s one of the most important biological substances to human physiology. Cholesterol is one of the basic molecules that help form our hormones in our body. Cholesterol is released by the liver and also makes up part of every single cell in the human body.</p>
<p>What the public usually is concerned with is the buildup of cholesterol in our arteries. The scary part about it is that we cannot feel the plaque building in our arteries the same way we do not feel heart disease or cancer developing until it is too late. There are two types of cholesterol that we are familiar with, HDL (“good”) and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. The HDL is thought of as good because it moves faster through the blood vessels to clean up plaque or damages to the vessel wall. LDL is the opposite in that it moves slowly trying to clean up whatever the HDL missed.</p>
<p>The problem with cholesterol in America is that everyone thinks high cholesterol causes heart attacks and that LDL is the “bad” cholesterol. A nationwide study from 2009 found that “almost seventy-five percent of heart attack patients fell within recommended targets for LDL cholesterol, demonstrating that the current guidelines may not be low enough to cut heart attack risk in most who could benefit,&#8221; said Dr. Gregg C. Fonarow, Eliot Corday Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and Science at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the study&#8217;s principal investigator.</p>
<p>Basically the study found that people with normal LDL levels were having heart attacks as opposed to the group who had elevated levels. This is only one study but if we take a look at heart disease and cholesterol drug ratios it’s clear as day. I’m saying that if cholesterol was the cause of heart disease than we would not have the rates that we do. For example, we have more cholesterol drugs being prescribed and taken than we ever have and we have more heart disease than we have ever had in history! We cannot seem to turn on the television for five minutes, these days, without seeing a commercial for Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor or any other statin drug. There is a reason your body raises your cholesterol, usually to heal a part of your body that you have damaged. The reason that your cholesterol raises is not because you do not have enough Lipitor in your blood. If that was the cause, God would have put a Lipitor pump in your body.</p>
<p>The answer to this is to find what is causing the elevation. Eating an organic diet full of vegetables, proper ratio fish oils and exercising have shown to be much more effective in lowering cholesterol. This method is much safer and comes with no warning labels. Most importantly, a properly functioning liver along with associated digestive organs are designed to balance cholesterol levels in the body. The spine and nervous system control the function of these organs; therefore, a spinal correction to create neurological integrity is a foundational factor in normalizing any nutrient in the body including cholesterol.</p>

<li>“The #1 cause of bankruptcy and financial stress are costs related to health problems. So it’s simple – make your health your 1st investment.&#8221; -FROM A WORLD-LEADING, WEALTHY FINANCIAL ADVISOR</li>
<li>“What do you mean organic food is too expensive? Your health is not a place to save money! You’ll spend 10 times as much later at the hospital!! (On drugs and surgery)” -FROM A SUPERMOM (Single mom, successful business woman, with 4 great kids)</li>

<p>The Boston Herald reported a study from Fidelity Bank that showed a typical couple needs $225,000 in CASH (in addition to insurance and medicare) to cover medical expenses after retirement<sup>1</sup> and this number &#8212; which was $215,000 last year &#8212; is increasing at a rate of 4.7% a year! At that rate (4.7%/year in 12 years) you will need approximately $400,000 in cash at retirement to pay medical costs NOT covered by insurance or medicare. If medicare fades out, as many are predicting, you will need far more than that. In search of a quick fix, many people first will state that we just need better health care coverage; however, this plan is unattainable as our country cannot give every American an additional $200,000 – $1,000,000 in medical benefits.</p>
<p>THE real problem is neglecting the last place you put time and effort &#8212; your health &#8212; which is why it fails and gets so expensive later.<br />
PROOF:</p>
<ul>
<li> Cheap food, cheap groceries, and cheap supplements are the #1 sellers.</li>
<li> A gym industry article stated recently that only 13% of the U.S. exercises regularly</li>
<li> 7% go to the Chiropractor (Even though to my knowledge 100% have a spine)</li>
<li> You get the cheapest insurance you can find and then that their recommendations and the doctors on the list are going to make – the cheapest is the lowest quality.  These guidelines are designed to save the insurer money… not to get you healthy.</li>
<li> Passion for the quick fix despite the huge risk.  Pharmaceutical companies make trillions even though the side-effects on every drug commercial and bottle read: &#8220;CAUTION: Your nose will fall off, you will become homicidal, get cancer, die early, commit suicide, and see aliens.&#8221;</li>
</ul>
<p>Rising medical costs are not the issue, destructive lifestyles along with doctors that are trained in disease care and not health care are. Information to take away from this article: if you want to be wealthy, take care of yourself today to avoid poor health and, consequently, expensive medical conditions tomorrow. Not only will you save $100&#8242;s of thousands, you will save your life!</p>
<p>Make the right investment now, remember what my mentors said:<br />
“….take care of your youth (health and vitality)”<br />
“….spend time on your health”<br />
“….spend money on your health &#8211; make health your first investment (a few thousand today will equal $400,000+ tomorrow&#8230; and you won&#8217;t be dead)”<br />
“…don’t save (go to the cheap doctor on the insurance or buy the cheap food and vitamins) when it comes to health.”  You might save $12.50 on your grocery bill and $20 at the doctor &#8230; but you&#8217;ll be dead.</p>

<p>The facts are in and one thing is for certain – Americans aren’t happy.  In truth, we’re extremely depressed.</p>
<p>At first glance, you’d assume it was the struggling real estate market, the shrinking dollar, the war in Iraq, and the war on Wall Street.  Yet, other countries, with far more to worry about then we do, do not report anywhere near U.S. levels of mental and emotional disorders.  For example, the percentage of people with clinical levels of anxiety, depression, etc. in America is 7 times that of those in the Nigeria!</p>
<p>As the numbers of reported adults and children with mental disorders  skyrocketed, pharmaceutical companies and then doctors responded with bringing anti-depressant drugs (SSRIs) to market quickly.  According to a recent report, these drugs make up 6 out of the top 10 prescription drugs sold today.</p>
<p>In recent times, antidepressants have come under harsh scrutiny for causing suicide and they’ve been implicated as being behind many of the recent school shootings and big media deaths like Anna Nicole Smith, her son Daniel Smith, Heath Ledger, the pro-wrestler Chris Benoit, and Andrea Yate’s children.  This has resulted in SSRIs getting a “Black box” warning on them and has left thousands of people looking for alternatives to very real emotional pain.  Americans want to know, “How can we get happy again.”</p>
<p>Even more light was shed on the issue of depression in the London Times, Feb. 26th, 2008 on the front page in an article titled, “DEPRESSION DRUGS DON’T WORK….”</p>
<p>They stated, “Millions of people taking commonly prescribed antidepressants might as well be taking a placebo, according to the first study to include unpublished evidence.”</p>
<p>“The new generation of antidepressant drugs work no better than a placebo for the majority of patients with mild or even severe depression, comprehensive research of clinical trials has found.”</p>
<p>“American and British experts led by Professor Kirsch examined the clinical trials from  four commonly used SSRIs, including fluoxetine (better known as Prozac), venlafaxine (Efexor) and paroxetine (Seroxat).”</p>
<p>“Given these results there seems little reason to prescribe antide-pressant medication to any but the most severely depressed patients, unless alternative treatments have failed,” Professor Kirsch said. “The difference in improvement between patients taking placebos and patients taking antidepressants is not very great. This means that depressed people can improve without chemical treatments.”</p>

<p><strong>Studies on Chiropractic and Depression</strong></p>

<li>Study of 2,818 patients found chiropractic care significantly improved patients’ well being: Seventy-six percent of the  patients studied reported improved combined wellness changes in all categories assessed, emotional well being improved 26 percent, negative feelings toward self improved 23 percent, depression improved 20 percent, difficulty sleeping improved 11 percent and family relations improved 21 percent.</li>
<li>A published 15 person study concluded &#8220;that a positive relationship exists between a correction of th occipitoatlantoaxial subluxation complex and a reduction in depressive symptoms in some people&#8221;.</li>
<li>Another 98 subject study published in Molecular Psychiatry found that when an addiction treatment program was supplemented with frequent chiropractic adjustments over a 30-day period, the patients displayed an unprecedented</li>
<li>100 percent program completion rate. In addition, initially rampant depression and anxiety dropped significantly.</li>
<li>From the 1920s to 1960s, several chiropractic mental asylums existed in the Midwest of the U.S. Surviving documentation shows a North Dakota judge reporting a 65% recovery or improvement rate at one asylum, compared to 27% at a standard asylum.</li>
<li>Chiropractic Improves Brain Wave Patterns, Brain Function: 2004 study finds that Chiropractic adjustments have a positive effect on the Central Nervous System (CNS), specifically on the four primary  frequencies of brain function.  After receiving a chiropractic adjustment, post EEG scans revealed improvement in all areas of the volunteer’s brain function. Particularly, the researchers noticed an increase in the meditative Alpha brainwave patterns that are associated with a greater degree of relaxation, health and healing.</li>
<li>A related study in Journal of Neuroscience conducted at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, found that physical changes in the brain caused by chronic pain are likely to lead to depression as well as other pain- related symptoms.</li>
</ol>
<p>While Chiropractic is not a treatment for depression, it&#8217;s an important part of overall mental and physical function.</p>

Neural dysfunctions due to spinal misalignments are stressful to the body and cause abnormal changes that lead to a poorly coordinated immune response. Chiropractic adjustments have been shown to boost the coordinated responses of the nervous system and immune system.</p>
<p>The autonomic nervous system is hardwired into the lymphoid organs such as the spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, and bone marrow that produce the body&#8217;s immune response. Growing evidence is showing that immune function is regulated in part by the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.</p>
<p>Subluxation is the term for misalignments of the spine that cause compression and irritation of nerve pathways affecting organ systems of the body. Subluxations are an example of physical nerve stress that affects neuronal control. According to researchers, such stressful conditions lead to altered measures of immune function &amp; increased susceptibility to a variety of diseases.</p>
<p>Inflammatory based disease is influenced by both the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems. Nerve stimulation directly affects the growth and function of inflammatory cells. Researchers found that dysfunction in this pathway results in the development of various inflammatory syndromes such as rheumatoid arthritis and behavioral syndromes such as depression. Additionally, this dysfunctional neuro-endo-immune response plays a significant role in immune-compromised conditions such as chronic infections and cancer.</p>
<p>Wellness based chiropractors analyze the spine for subluxations and give corrective adjustments to reduce the stress on the nervous system. A 1992 research group found that when a thoracic adjustment was applied to a subluxated area the white blood cell (neutrophil) count collected rose significantly.</p>
<p>In 1975, Ronald Pero, Ph.D., chief of cancer prevention research at New York&#8217;s Preventive Medicine Institute and professor in Environmental Health at New York University, began researching the most scientifically valid ways to estimate individual susceptibility to various chronic diseases. He has conducted a tremendous amount of research in this area that includes over 160 published reports in peer reviewed journals.</p>
<p>Pero and his colleagues discovered that various DNA-repairing enzymes could be significantly altered following exposure to carcinogenic chemicals. He found strong evidence that an individual&#8217;s susceptibility to cancer could be determined by these enzymes. Lack of those enzymes, Pero said, &#8216;definitely limits not only your lifespan, but also your ability to resist serious disease consequences.&#8217;</p>
<p>Pero was fascinated by the relationship cancer-inducing agents had on the endocrine system. Since the nervous system regulates hormone balance, he hypothesized that the nervous system had to also have a strong influence on one&#8217;s susceptibility to cancer.</p>
<p>To support this argument he found a substantial amount of literature linking various kinds of spinal cord injuries and cancer. Pero found that these injuries led to a very high rate of lymphomas and lymphatic leukemias. This understanding led Pero to consider Chiropractic care as a means of reducing the risk of immune breakdown and disease.</p>
<p>Pero&#8217;s team measured 107 individuals who had received long-term Chiropractic care. The chiropractic patients were shown to have a 200% greater immune competence than people who had not received chiropractic care, and a 400% greater immune competence than people with cancer or serious diseases. Interestingly, Pero found no decline with the various age groups in the study demonstrating that the DNA repairing enzymes were just as present in long-term chiropractic senior groups as they were in the younger groups.</p>
<p>Pero concluded, &#8216;Chiropractic may optimize whatever genetic abilities you have so that you can fully resist serious disease&#8230;I have never seen a group other than this show a 200% increase over normal patients.&#8217;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a question I often hear from parents because typically most people think of going to see a chiropractor for some kind of symptom such as back pain, headaches, or carpal tunnel, but most kids won&#8217;t have any symptoms&#8230; yet!  Think about it, how many falls does the average 2-4 year old have in a given year? Think about the birthing process and a lot of the time it involves a doctor pulling and twisting the head of a very fragile infant, with a very delicate spine and nervous system.  So these incidents can cause the spine to shift out of its normal alignment creating interference with the nervous system to control and heal the body. If that damage is there long enough then children will begin to develop symptoms.</p>
<p>I experienced this personally as a child growing up with chronic ear infections, receiving tons of antibiotics and several rounds of tubes. None of which corrected the cause of the problem. Also, my sister has a 2 year old girl that has been getting sick regularly and been coughing for the last month.  My sister gets adjusted, but was nervous about getting little Kailey adjusted even though I was telling her to take her in because it will help.  So finally while I was home I adjusted her anyway and the very next day she wasn&#8217;t coughing anymore and was running all over the place because I took pressure off her nervous system so she could heal.<br />
If you want to discuss danger, look at the common drugs that are given to small children.  The least toxic is “baby aspirin.”  However, because all drugs are toxic, the fact is that aspirin interferes with digestion, the formation of body starch, the production of tissue proteins, and the ability of the cells to absorb sugar; it slows the clotting of blood, increases the need both for oxygen and for every known nutrient, and a accelerates the urinary losses of calcium, potassium, vitamin C, and all the B vitamins.</p>
<p>Another common kid-drug is an antibiotic.  Very common side-effects are yeast infection, diarrhea, and skin eruptions.  However, far more severe reactions are also common.As the drugs get more intense like vaccines, Tylenol, and antihistamines, they get more toxic and side-effects are no longer just common, they’re likely.</p>
<p>There have been several studies looking at the safety of chiropractic for kids such as one in the Journal of Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics published in Dec 2009. It showed that over a 59 year period and over 30 million adjustments, there were only 8 reported incidents.  That’s only 1 incident every 7.4 years and one adjustment problem every 3 million, 750 thousand adjustments.<sup>1</sup> Nothing, including walking, swimming, driving, visiting a dentist, getting a haircut, or going to the movies is as safe as that!  That’s why chiropractors often pay less for malpractice than car insurance – because there’s no safer way to heal and stay well.</p>
<p>So get your child checked as soon as possible because the risk is much lower than the alternative of drugs or surgery, and your child will experience a healthy, vibrant life.</p>

<p>An estimated 50 million Americans have some type of allergy. In most people, allergies first appear during infancy or childhood and rank first among children’s chronic diseases.<sup>1</sup></p>
<p>A new paper published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology has found a link between low vitamin D levels and the onset of allergies in children. The study of over 3,000 children concluded that among children with low or deficient levels of vitamin D, sensitivity to allergens was present in more than half of those for which they tested.<sup>2</sup> Not only do allergies cause itchy eyes, runny nose and headaches but they also add a level of discomfort and misery to a person’s life.</p>
<p>Even in a place like Florida where there is no shortage of vitamin D because of the sunny weather, there is a disconnect between children and their physical presence outside. There is no reason for a child to go outside because of the new technology today that keeps them occupied on the couch. That is not only leading to a startling deficiency in vitamin D, but also an alarming rate of childhood obesity and other chronic diseases. Caucasian skin produces approximately 10,000 IU vitamin D in response to 20 to 30 minutes of summer sun exposure. This is over 16 times higher than the US government&#8217;s recommendation of 600 IU per day.<sup>3</sup></p>
<p>There are two types of this vitamin that you need to consider. Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) both of which are good sources, but one of them is far better than the other. When sunlight hits your skin, D3 is absorbed far deeper into the body which is called bioavailability. Research shows that D2 (ergocalciferol) has lower bioactivity, poorer stability, and shorter duration of action, resulting in approximately 33% lower potency compared with vitamin D3.<sup>4</sup> In other words, when supplementing with Vitamin D products, make sure you take high quality D3. Supplementation is safe for children, but the best source for them is natural sunlight aquired from being active outdoors.</p>
<p>Other Good News On Vitamin D For Those Looking To Lose Weight!</p>
<p>New research shows that vitamin D may help.  While vitamin D has gained acclaim for its anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, researchers at the University of Southern California and McGill University recently discovered that insufficient vitamin D levels were also associated with increased fat levels.<sup>5</sup> What’s more is that 59% of the study’s participants had insufficient amounts of vitamin D.</p>
<p>Are you and your children getting enough vitamin D? Here are ways to ensure that you are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Regularly get midday sun exposure in the late spring, summer, and early fall, exposing as much of the skin as possible for 20–30 minutes (being careful to never burn).Those with dark skin will need longer exposure time — up to six times longer</li>
<li>Eat foods rich in vitamin d such as, eggs,  grass fed meat, and fatty fish.  Cod liver oil, mackerel, salmon and sardines are the best Vitamin D fish</li>
<li>Take 5,000 IU’s of Vitamin D3, due to our natural deficiencies, per day for 2–3 months, especially during those months with less sunlight (amounts will very with age)</li>
</ul>

<p>A new study marks the first time that the number of chemicals to which pregnant women are exposed has been counted. Virtually all pregnant women in the U.S. carry multiple chemicals in their bodies. This chemical load includes some banned since the 1970&#8242;s, as well as others used in common products such as non-stick cookware, processed foods and personal care products.</p>
<p>Researchers analyzed data for more than 160 chemicals and detected polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), organochlorine pesticides, perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), phenols, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), phthalates, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and perchlorate in 99 to 100 percent of pregnant women.<sup>1</sup></p>
<p>Chronic childhood diseases linked to exposure to toxic chemicals in the environment have been surging upward, costing the U.S. almost fifty-five billion dollars a year. There are three thousand high-volume chemicals used today; for roughly half, there is no basic toxicity information publicly available. For the past six to eight years, national surveys have found these chemicals present in the blood and urine of practically everyone in the U.S.<sup>2</sup> If a baby is exposed to numerous toxic compounds in utero, changes may occur that either directly cause cancer, or lengthen the period of sensitivity to carcinogens, therefore making the child more susceptible to cancer, and other diseases, later in life.</p>
<p>Babies today, are actually born at considerable risk due to the toxic load of their mothers. One study by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) found that blood samples from newborns contained an average of 287 toxins, including mercury, fire retardants, pesticides, and Teflon chemicals. 180 of those toxins cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to your brain and nervous system, 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests.<sup>3</sup></p>
<p>About seventy-five thousand chemicals are regularly manufactured and imported by U.S. industries, three thousand of which are high-volume chemicals, meaning over one million pounds per year are produced. In short, chemicals are virtually everywhere, and we&#8217;re all exposed, pregnant women being no exception. It&#8217;s disturbing to know that humans are being bombarded with toxins at all, but it&#8217;s even more concerning when it&#8217;s revealed just how extensive the exposure is to those carrying our most precious cargo.</p>
<p>Toxicity reveals another piece of the autism puzzle.   On January 31, 2011, researchers at the International Child Development Resource Center reported that autistic children showed a five hundred percent increase in mitochondrial dysfunction compared to children without autism. Mitochondria, the “powerhouse” of your cells, generate the ATP necessary for cellular signaling and growth, processes that must take place in order for you to function properly and express health.<sup>4</sup> What’s causing this mitochondrial damage linked with autism?  “Toxins, oxidative stress, inflammation, and decreased levels of antioxidants,” says Dr. Daniel Rossignol, M.D., the study’s head researcher.<sup>5</sup></p>
<p>So what is a practical way to reduce this toxic load? Use glass containers for food, use natural cleaning products, eat organic pesticide free produce, buy natural hygiene products, drink filtered or bottled water, limit the use of medications and vaccines as much as possible due to the toxic ingredients, and get adjusted by your chiropractor.</p>
<p>Because these newer chemicals cannot be metabolized by your body, it’s also necessary to do something every day to boost the body’s own detoxifying pathways and processes.  The body’s own natural detoxifying agent is glutathione.  Gluthione is also a super anti-oxidant that reduces oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.</p>

<p>It’s a new year.  January calls many back to a workout routine for the first time in months.  On average only one in three Americans exercise regularly, but this month that number annually increases.<sup>1</sup> So to help you this year, remember this:  <em>When</em> you exercise may have as much to do with your results and reaching your goals as much as anything else.</p>
<p><strong>Fact: Exercising first thing in the morning gives optimal benefit! </strong></p>
<p>There are two huge benefits of exercising first thing in the morning:<br />
<strong><br />
1. </strong> It gets done!  Obstacles get in the way as the day goes on, and many put off exercise for other responsibilities.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> The benefits of exercising before your first meal of the day are numerous.</p>
<p>According to a recent study published in the Journal of Physiology, working out on an empty stomach puts your body at a huge advantage. The report concluded that participants who exercised in a fasting state, or with no food, helped them burn fat and become more resistant to weight gain.  Other participants of the study did not see the same results.  In fact, those who ate a carbohydrate rich breakfast and exercised later actually gained weight instead of becoming weight loss resistant.<sup>2</sup></p>
<p>One of the explanations for how this fat burning process occurs involves your nerve system.  More specifically, your sympathetic nerve system controls all fat burning.  The sympathetic nerve system is activated by exercise and lack of food. Additionally, it’s been shown that working out this way will improve the secretion of good hormones – just like our Maximized Living type of exercise is designed to already do.</p>
<p>A small percentage of people may experience negative symptoms including dizziness, nausea, or fatigue from working out on an empty stomach. When starting this routine, it may be necessary to eat something small before a workout.</p>
