New Patient Appointment

Lakewoods Chiropractic offers an Initial Consultation & Evaluation for $39 (which includes an examination,
posture analysis, muscle and nerve scans, and a Doctors’ Report). Should x-rays be necessary, an
additional $40 would be required for payment on the date of service.
